Terms & Conditions

By engaging with the services, resources, and content provided by Solid Rock Rx—including but not limited to individualized coaching, consultations, nutrition and training programs, digital resources, and educational content—I acknowledge and agree to release and discharge Solid Rock Rx, its coaches, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, responsibility, claims, costs, or damages, including injuries or illness, foreseeable or not, that may arise from participation in any service or activity offered.

I affirm that I am responsible for my own health and physical condition and understand that engaging in nutrition or fitness guidance may carry risks. By voluntarily participating, I accept full responsibility for those risks.

 

Medical Disclaimer and Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that the services provided by Solid Rock Rx are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any illness or condition. Any advice given is intended for general wellness, fitness, and nutritional education purposes only. I agree to consult with my physician or a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to my medical treatment, medication, or lifestyle, especially if I have a known or suspected health condition.

 

Mental Health & Eating Disorder Disclaimer

I affirm that I am not currently experiencing an active eating disorder or any other condition that may prevent me from safely participating in a nutrition or exercise program. If I have any concerns related to my physical or mental health, I agree to seek guidance from a licensed healthcare professional before using any of Solid Rock Rx’s services.

 

Physical Activity & Medical Clearance

I understand the importance of receiving a physical exam or medical clearance before beginning any exercise or nutrition plan, especially if I have any known medical conditions. I recognize that I participate in any physical activity or related program at my own risk.

Acknowledgment of Risk & Release of Liability

​

With full understanding of the potential risks involved, I agree to release Solid Rock Rx and its team from liability for any injury or illness resulting from participation in any program, service, or activity. I assume all risks and consent to voluntarily participate.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

​

I agree to keep all personalized information, coaching materials, and communication received from Solid Rock Rx confidential. This includes access to private resources, coaching documents, and email or message exchanges. I will not share, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent from Solid Rock Rx.

One-Time Consultation Services

​

If I purchase a one-time consultation, I understand this is a stand-alone service intended to provide personalized recommendations and insights at the time of service. There is no expectation of ongoing communication, follow-up, or coaching beyond the initial session unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

Scheduling, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

​

• Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice via the link provided in the confirmation email.

• Cancellations: All cancellations are non-refundable, and canceled appointments cannot be rescheduled.

• No-Shows: If I am more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show. Missed sessions are not refundable or reschedulable.

 

Refund & Subscription Policy

• Coaching Programs: By enrolling in a Solid Rock Rx Premium subscription, I agree to a minimum three-month commitment. After completing the initial commitment, I may cancel by providing at least three business days' notice before my next billing date.

• Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: All services and subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. I am responsible for the full payment of the current billing cycle at the time of cancellation.

• Price Adjustments: Solid Rock Rx reserves the right to adjust pricing. Clients will be notified in advance, and new rates will apply at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

• Coach Transitions: In the event that a coach is unavailable or transitions out of Solid Rock Rx, I will be assigned a new coach with equivalent expertise to ensure continuity of service. This does not alter the service agreement.

• Coach Availability: Coaches are entitled to planned time off. I will be notified in advance, and check-ins during this time may be skipped. No refunds or credits will be provided during scheduled time off.

 

 

Currency & Billing

All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for maintaining updated billing information. Failed payments may result in paused or terminated services.
