Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date. Once a payment is processed, your membership will remain active through the end of that billing cycle, and the cancellation will take effect the following month. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

Coaching Programs: By enrolling in a Solid Rock Rx Premium subscription, a minimum three-month commitment is agreed upon. After completing the initial commitment, you may cancel by providing at least three business days' notice before the next billing date.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: All services and subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable. You are responsible for the full payment of the current billing cycle at the time of cancellation.
